Grapefruit brings a sense of hope and positivity and can assist the user to move through any feelings of frustration, resentment and blame. Cypress is calming and gives us strength while we transform through these deep and difficult emotions and vetiver provides important grounding and keeps us rooted to ourselves and inner ability to restore after trauma.
