The throat chakra, known by the Sanskrit name Vishuddha, is located in the centre of the neck at the front and back of the throat. This centre is directly linked to all aspects of communication. Our communication with others and ourselves. The condition of this chakra impacts whether we express ourselves clearly, honestly and without fear of reprimand, ridicule or judgement. A part of effective communication is also being able to listen carefully to ourselves and others as well.
